Now thats a classic example how a fly may extend into an elephant.
I want to point out i don't intent to help out the situation, i don't think that at this point anything else than extending the ban to a longer period is possible.
My intend is to clarify how it came to this point and when/how it could have been easely solved.

What happened:
1- accident, a bootkick to a teammte
2. overreacting, threatening to ban if it happens aggain
3- overreacting insultary, calling the admin a fool and implieing he never does anything usefull
(note, the underlined point is much more insulting than calling someone a fool, when you know how much work is invested [especially by leSquale watching tons of demos] this is a real hard insult)
4. logical consiquence -> ban

at this point people should see while the "ban threat" was an overreacten, the ban that happened was totaly logical due the insults made.

baned player decides to post in the forum:
now here it gets crucial, the banned player still has the feeling his ban was caused by the accidental boot kick, while tha admin may be waiting for an apology for the insults. Both Protoganists feel unjustice has happened to them. Therefore the post of the player cannot have the intent to apologise for the insult (which the admin expects), but to point out the unjustice that happened.
However it doesn't start that bad:

5- player ask for clarification of the situation; 1 hidden insult 1 mockery about the situation
6.admins reply implies purposfullness of players actions and hidden insult
7- player quotes what was said; fake apology + mockery about having to make an apology at all. ("Naming you fool mightve not been correct," thats not an apology, your are just saying you are not 100% sure if he is a fool, any apology phrases following only refer to the initial bootkick )
8. admin response, heavy insulting
9- players, response, heavy insulting
10- players response, resignation + insulting

Again i have to point out i have no intent to clear out the situation itself, i just want to clear out the sequence of cause->action that lead to this point and how it could have easalie avoided

How and at what point it could have been avoided:

simply by imagination it could have been avoided.

LeSquale: imagine your are playing on a server, you accidently bootkick someone and apologise for it, the imedeate respone is "next time ban".
How would you feel ? -> I guess you would be pissed.
equality: imagine your are a server admin, who invests an awful lot of his spare time to keep the server playabe. On your server you speak a simple warning to a player and in respones your are called a "fool who never does anything usefull". How would you feel ? -> I guess you would be very pissed.

Simply trieing to imagine the others point of view helps understand their actions.

Last but not least:

equality, when you plan to post due to a penalty you have received the first thing you should do is to think about what goal you want to achieve.
If the goal is to show how injustice you have been treaten, you need to question how it came to that injustice otherwise you are just wasting time.
If your goal is to get rid of your penalty, you definitly need practise in how to do that, and i don't mean you have to lick asses, but most important is to get any hidden insults and mockery out of your posts.

thats it, sry for the long post.
sincerely,
Dr. Soup

Indeed a good post.

One of the reason for me being easily pissed off by stuff like that, is the quantity of situations I ran into by now.
I lost track of the discussions I had with SG's (mostly Kalish : p) on and off the servers about various things.
Because of that, it doesnt take much to get me pissed off and snotty, my bad.

You have can be made a success has to make you be supposed to be for the victim with the others but that does not walk with me!
You apologized only has cause you team hit and of the next banns!
And you took me for an idiot!
And please do not speak to me about thing that you do not know... the respect!
It is the first time which we offend me having reduced a banns!
In in a 1 month!
P.S you disappointed me, I repeat it do not come to play any more on a server or I play or I kick you!
